The Colorado High School Soccer Officials (HSSO) is a group of soccer Officials organized and affiliated with the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA).
Established in 1999, we now have more than 400 registered members who officiate the majority of the high school soccer matches in Colorado.

HSSO's purpose is to provide Officials who will enforce the rules of soccer as outlined by the National Federation of State High Schools Associations (NFHS) and CHSAA; who will provide a safe environment for every player – regardless of age, skill, or experience; and who will represent the highest standards of the game.
HSSO is dedicated to the continuing development of soccer Officials. We provide opportunities for our members to meet and discuss soccer, refereeing, and related matters. We also provide ongoing training to include critical and developmental assessments for our members.
Officials in all contests should be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of Coaches.
