Misconduct & Supplemental Reports
All Referees are required to submit Misconduct & Supplemental Reports to CHSAA within 24 hours of the match.
REMINDER: When a second caution is issued to a player or coach, and they are then ejected from the game, the report should include BOTH yellow card cautions AND the red card ejection.
To improve our systems, game reports have moved to the CHSAA Officials Center (officials.chsaa.org). This new platform provides much better functionality than the old one. Moving forward, you will receive an email confirmation every time you submit a report, and you can easily browse your full history of past reports at any time.
Remember, submitting a game report is REQUIRED anytime there is an ejection.
However, we strongly encourage you to submit a game report following any game whenever possible. These reports provide CHSAA with an essential opportunity to address any issues that might arise at a contest, and just as importantly, they allow us to highlight some of the positive things that happen during your assignments.
How to Access the New System
You already have an account within this new platform, which is linked to the email address CHSAA has on file for you.
If you have already set up your account (from your officials pass email sent earlier):
- Go to https://officials.chsaa.org
- Click on the Officials tab.
- Select Sign in as an official.
- Click Game Reports in the sidebar and select the proper sport.
If you haven’t set a password yet (including if you never clicked the setup link in your CHSAA pass email):
- Go to https://officials.chsaa.org
- Click on the Officials tab.
- Click Forgot your password? and enter your email address.
- You will receive a reset link within a few minutes to create your password.
